Help customers use earned value
“You have points available. Want help choosing a reward?”
Use an eligible campaign or scheduled audience. Recheck the current balance and reward options when the customer engages.
For supported Shopify setups, help customers check rewards, choose a redemption, and continue toward checkout in chat. Bring loyalty activity into relevant follow-ups and give your support team the customer context behind each reward.
Beta availability depends on your workspace and active program. Conversational reward lookup and redemption require a connected Shopify store and a recognized customer. Native bitbybit Commerce supports eligible loyalty orders; its agent and checkout flow differ.
In a supported Shopify setup, when a recognized customer asks about rewards or is ready to buy, your agent can check their current balance and available rewards. The customer chooses whether to redeem; purchase conditions still apply at checkout.
Show the points cost, discount, minimum purchase, and expiry clearly. Issuing a voucher is not the same as applying it at checkout, and a checkout link is not a completed payment.
Explore AI StudioAll points, amounts, dates, products, and messages are illustrative. Test eligibility, the voucher, and the final checkout total in your store. Payment is completed at checkout, not inside this conversation.
Invite the right customers back with a reward they can actually use. Build a campaign or scheduled audience around loyalty and purchase activity. For eligible Shopify integrations, configure a follow-up from a supported loyalty event.
When the customer replies, plan the next step into useful help—not just another promotional message.

Illustrative voucher reminder
“Your reward voucher expires on 31 October. Want help using it?”
Use the actual voucher expiry and a configured reminder. Voucher expiry is not a claim that the customer’s points expire.
Check messaging permission, templates, opt-outs, reply routing, and the context available to the agent before launch. Saved segments serve campaigns and scheduled audiences; they are not a live condition on every event-triggered automation.
Explore audiences and follow-ups in bitCRMFor supported Shopify setups, a recognized customer can ask about their balance or eligible rewards alongside a product or service question. Your team can review loyalty information on the customer record and assist when a request needs investigation or an authorized adjustment.
See how your team works in bitChatFor eligible Shopify integrations, use supported loyalty events to configure confirmations and reminders. Use purchase history and available points to define a relevant win-back audience. Separate a voucher being generated from it being used, and recheck availability when the customer comes back.
Configure a useful explanation of the reward value, rather than sending a bare points count.
Confirm the redemption and help the customer understand the next step toward using the voucher.
Configure a reminder around the voucher’s actual deadline and offer help using it.
These are configured workflows, not automatically active campaigns. Test eligibility, repeat-message handling, and the customer’s reply path.

No. bitLoyalty (Beta) connects rewards to support, marketing, and commerce. An earned reward can give a customer a reason to return, help answer a reward question, or support a purchase. The available actions depend on your enabled program and connected setup.
In a supported Shopify setup with loyalty enabled and a recognized customer, the agent is configured to redeem a specific eligible reward after the customer chooses it. Make the points cost, benefit, and conditions clear, and let the customer save their points instead. Test that choice and the resulting voucher in your setup before enabling the flow for customers.
No. Conversational reward lookup and redemption are supported for connected Shopify stores with loyalty enabled and a recognized customer. Native bitbybit Commerce supports loyalty on eligible orders, but that does not establish the same conversational redemption or checkout flow. The example on this page illustrates the Shopify path; confirm availability for your workspace.
No. Redemption turns points into a voucher. The voucher must then be applied to an eligible checkout, and the customer still needs to complete payment. Review the actual checkout result and voucher history separately from voucher creation.
Membership alone is not messaging permission. Check the applicable channel requirements, use approved templates where required, respect opt-outs, and send truthful invitations to eligible customers. A voucher-expiry reminder must refer to an actual voucher and its real expiry.
The bitLoyalty (Beta) product page does not migrate or disable existing social-login integrations, change subscriptions, or transfer an old app’s installation and pricing terms. Existing bitLogin information remains available on the bitLogin page. Discuss your setup with the team before changing your store.
