Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and contributing to bitbybit’s growth. Your responsibilities include:
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Actively build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through cold outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and nurturing.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and execute a strategy for long-term success by maintaining an active pipeline, ensuring continuous engagement with prospects.
- Client Support: Work closely with new and existing clients to ensure they have the best experience with bitbybit, assisting them through onboarding and ensuring they understand the full value of our platform.
- Presentation & Collaboration: Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client needs, while collaborating with internal teams—creative, communications, marketing, and operations—to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and partnerships.
- Partnerships: Build strong relationships with clients, driving deeper engagement and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Strong bias for action and a “get stuff done” mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus and results-driven attitude.
- Skilled in negotiation and delivering compelling presentations.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Preferred Skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Experience in a SaaS, CRM, or automation environment preferred.
