Fulfill items in a customer order, upload payment proof if needed, and generate an invoice for recordkeeping or delivery.
Step 1: Access the Order Dashboard
Step 2: Select the Order
- Click on the relevant order, then click Fulfill Item.


⚠️ If the order must be split due to stock limitations, you will need to partially fulfill it.

Step 3: Capture Payment
- Fill in the payment note, upload proof of payment then click Capture Payment.

Step 4: Print Invoice
- Click Print Invoice to generate a copy of the order invoice.

Step 5: Leave Internal Notes in Timeline (optional)
- After fulfilling or capturing payment, you can leave internal notes in the Timeline tab.
This feature is only visible to you and other staff and is used to record manual actions.
