Easily locate and use your WhatsApp API key to automate workflows within Shopify, making customer communication faster and more streamlined. This guide walks you through every step from copying your API key to integrating it with Shopify flow automation.
Step 1 : Go to your profile and click the triple dots. After clicking it there will be a pop out of "Settings and Logout" Choose settings and go to advance settings.
Step 2 : After going to advance settings copy the API Key. And After copying the API Key please go to Shopify. After going to Shopify please go the the App section and search Flow
Step 3 : After going to the Shopify Flow, Click the "Create new workflow" and you can chose to create your flow manually or chose from an existing template from Shopify.
Step 4 : After selecting the triggers please chose "Action" option and you can select bitCRM WhatsApp Abandoned Cart.
Step 5 : After selection the bitCRM WhatsApp Abandoned Cart, you can insert the customer phone number or you can use a variable to input the phone number automatically after a trigger is created.
