Add products to your WhatsApp Catalog by importing from Shopify or creating them manually. Products will be reviewed by Meta before appearing in the catalog.
Step 1: Access the Product Dashboard
- Log in to your Product dashboard.
Step 2: You Can Choose an Option
- Option 1: Click "Import from Shopify".
- Select your store, and click "Import".
- Option 2: Click "Add New Product" to create a product manually.
Step 3: Fill in Product Information
Enter the key product details in each section to complete your listing:
- Product Detail: title, description, image.
- Inventory (optional): fill out SKU & brand details for your products.
- Display on WhatsApp Catalog: to show your product to WhatsApp catalog, toggle this on.
- Pricing: enter price and currency.
- Product Type & Tags (optional): for organizing your catalog.
- Variant (if applicable): only if the product has options (size, color, etc.). To edit a variant, click Edit on the variant you want to change.
Step 4: Save Your Product
- Click "Save Product" to complete the process.
⚠️ Your product will be reviewed by Meta for approval before appearing in your WhatsApp Catalog.
