How to activate bitLogin from Shopify

Effortlessly secure your online store by integrating bitLogin with Shopify. Follow these steps to activate bitLogin:

Step 1: Download bitLogin

  • Download bitLogin here. 

Step 2: Configure in Shopify Dashboard

  • Navigate to your Shopify dashboard and click “Settings”.
Click "Settings"
  • Select “Apps & Sales Channels” and find “bitLogin”.
Select “Apps & Sales Channels” and find “bitLogin”
  • Click “Open App” and then Continue on bitbybit.
Click "Open App"

Step 3: Activate BitLogin

1. Enable "Classic customer accounts" in Shopify.

  • Click "Settings" on the Shopify dashboard.
Click "Settings"
  • Click "Customer accounts" and select "Classic".
Click "Customer accounts" and select "Classic"

2. Activate bitLogin on your Shopify theme's app embeds.

Click toggle bitLogin and "Save"

3. Verify bitLogin integration in your store.

  • Confirm that the social login button is displayed on your store. Make sure you have done 2 steps above. Click “Preview” on bottom right on the bitLogin dashboard.
Click "Preview"
