Role and Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing, you will be at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales to define, build, and scale our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Your role will encompass positioning, messaging, and sales enablement to help bitbybit stand out in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling, differentiated product messaging that resonates with target customers.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Own and drive GTM strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and product launches.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools, content, and knowledge they need to close deals, including training, collateral, and case studies.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Research and map the customer journey, collaborating with the product and developer teams to improve the onboarding experience.
- Marketing Website & Content: Own the marketing website, ensuring it delivers clear messaging through blogs, tutorials, and other content that educates and converts.
- Social Media & Community Management: Oversee social media accounts, including Instagram and others, to build engagement and drive lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Send monthly newsletters showcasing new features, updates, and value-add content.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Strong bias for action and a “get stuff done” mindset.
- Proven ability to take ownership and execute strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Passion for the marketing and tech industries, with a desire to learn and grow.
Preferred Skills
- Copywriting and content creation expertise.
- Familiarity with video editing, basic design tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and marketing to B2B clients.
- Experience with product marketing in CRM or automation software is a plus.
