How to Integrate Facebook Messenger with bitChat

Step 1: Go to the integrations page (https://dev.bitbybit.studio/integrations)

‍Step 2: Make sure you have a Facebook Page. If you don't have one yet, you can follow the guidelines provided at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/help/104002523024878

Step 3: Click the 'connect' button for Facebook in the communication channel section.

Step 4: Then, click 'Connect with Facebook'.

Step 5: Select your Business.

Step 6: Select the Facebook Page.

Step 7: Review all permission requests.

Step 8: Once everything is done, click the "Got it" button, and you will be returned to the integrations page.

Step 9: Select the Facebook Page you want to connect > Click "Continue" and wait a few moments until the notification "Successfully connected to Facebook Page" appears.

Step 10: Congratulations! Your Facebook Messenger is successfully connected to bitChat, and you can see your customer's Instagram chat list (https://app.bitbybit.studio/bitchat/livechat)
