Enabling the "Capture More Data" Feature in bitLogin

Activate the "Capture More Data" feature in bitLogin to gain deeper insights into your customers every time they sign up. By enabling this feature, you’ll receive valuable additional information such as phone numbers, gender, date of birth, and address. Step 1: Go to the "Sign Up" settings bitLogin (https://app.bitbybit.studio/bitlogin/signup)

Step 2: Ensure you are subscribed to the Advance plan, as this feature is only available for Advance plan users. If you're not on the Advance plan, click the Upgrade button or visit the bitLogin Pricing Page to switch to the Advance plan. If you are already on the Advance plan, you can skip this step.

Step 3: Once you are on the Advance plan, the Capture More Data feature will be available for activation.

Step 4: Toggle the Capture More Data switch until it turns green to activate the feature.

Step 5: Enable additional fields as needed, such as Phone Number, Gender, Date of Birth, or Address based on your store’s requirements.

Step 6: After setting everything up, the feature will automatically apply to customers who have not registered with your store previously.
